On Wednesday, Dubai records real estate sales worth more than AED1.8 billion

According to data provided by Dubai’s Land Department (DLD), the real estate market in Dubai saw 507 sales transactions worth AED1.46 billion on Wednesday, along with 149 mortgage deals totaling AED250.81 million and 20 gift deals totaling AED115.72 million.

37 land plots valued at AED 92.11 million and 470 houses and apartments for AED 1.36 billion were sold. r

The mortgages covered 22 land plots for AED72.39 million and 127 villas and flats worth AED178.41 million, raising the total value of today’s real estate transactions to nearly AED1.8 billion.
