On November 3rd, Dubai registered real estate transactions of over AED2.4 billion

The Dubai Land Department (DLD) reported that on Thursday, there were 842 sales transactions worth AED1.96 billion, 112 mortgage agreements worth AED487.55 million, and 17 gift agreements valued AED30.97 billion.

With the sales of 769 villas and apartments worth AED1.76 billion, 73 land plots worth AED195.5 million, 81 villas and flats worth AED429.3 million, and 31 land plots worth AED58.25 million, the total value of today’s real estate transactions exceeded AED2.4 billion.
