In Dubai, real estate transactions totaled AED6.6 billion over the course of a week

According to data released by the Dubai Land Department, a total of 2,078 real estate transactions worth AED 6.6 billion were completed during the week ending 11 February 2022.

AED1.42 billion was paid for 280 plots, and AED2.54 billion was paid for 1,275 apartments and villas.

The top three transactions were a land in Al Mamzer sold for AED132.4 million, a land in Al Thanayah Fourth sold for AED61 million, and a land in Al Mamzer sold for AED132.4 million in third place.

Jabal Ali First had the most transactions this week, with 89 sales transactions worth AED267.91 million, followed by Al Hebiah Fifth with 87 sales transactions worth AED195.83 million, and Al Hebiah Fourth in third place with 20 sales transactions worth AED167 million.
The top three apartment and villa transfers were an apartment sold for AED360 million in Burj Khalifa, an apartment sold for AED269 million in Marsa Dubai, and an apartment sold for AED204 million in Business Bay.
The total amount of mortgaged properties for the week was AED2.41 billion, with the highest amount being AED 412 million for a land in Palm Jumeirah.

107 properties were distributed among first-degree relatives.
